Ketapang Seed Cake

Ketapang seed cake
Material:
450 g wheat flour (if I'm only 400 grams)
200 grams of coconut and a half old, clean, grated (if I was only 150 gr)
1 egg, beaten flat
100 gr margarine
150 gr sugar
Salt to taste (1 tsp salt)
Vanilla to taste (1 sachet vanilla)
To taste Cooking oil, for frying
Method:
-Mix the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla until all the ingredients a bit late.
- Mix the flour with the coconut, and input over the last batter ingredients and stir well.
- Enter the margarine, stir again, knead until dough is not stuck to the hands.
- Form the dough for a pencil, cut oblique.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown already. Remove and drain (do not remember the greatness of the fire quickly burnt later) would approximately 800gr.
