Recipe makes Sate Kambing

Materials to make Satay Kambing:
• 750 gr goat thighs, diced 2 cm

How to Make Sate Kambing Bumbu Ketchup:
1. Prick satay skewer each with 4-5 pieces of meat.
2. Mix all ingredients for seasoning. C
3. Mix the seasoning with satay and grilled satay in embers while occasionally smeared remaining seasonings.
